For meaningful changes in your endometriosis symptoms, I strongly recommend at least three consultations (one 90min initial consultation, +2 follow up consultations). The first consultation is to gather detailed information and provide you with an initial nutrition, lifestyle, and movement plan. The second consultation, occurring 2-4 weeks later, allows for adjustments based on any test results and the complexity of endometriosis. The third consultation, usually 8 weeks after the initial, reviews progress and further tweaks your plan.
