Chocolate Dipped Figs
I love autumn for so many reasons, especially because of the multitude of veggies & fruit that are in season now.
Fresh figs are a late-summer, early-autumn fruit and are delicious. Dry figs are available all year long, and are also delicious. I’m a big fig fan, munching them away from the jars I keep them in.
Initially, I wanted to do a nice back with fresh figs. After two attempts that were not reflective of how good of a baker I am, I decided to go for a simple, raw recipe to celebrate fresh figs.
This recipe has only 4 ingredients, it’s very easy to make and will be a great treat you’ll return to more and more.
Figs are high in potassium, calcium, magnesium, iron, copper, and manganese. This beautiful fruit is one of the most alkaline foods, supporting the proper pH of the body.
Can you tell how much I love figs?
